Section 44-2-241. Transfer of whole of registered estates, undivided interests, divided portions, and to secure debt, with power of sale

   The following are prescribed as the regular forms of transfer, but other forms may be used in accordance with this article:
 
 
                    TRANSFER OF WHOLE OF REGISTERED ESTATE
