Section 15-21-141. Definitions

   As used in this article, the term:

   (1) "Commission" means the Brain and Spinal Injury Trust Fund Commission created in Code Section 15-21-142.

   (2) "Trust fund" means the Brain and Spinal Injury Trust Fund created by Code Section 15-21-148.
