EDITOR'S NOTES. --Ga. L. 1998, p. 237, § 1, effective July 1, 1998, repealed the Code Sections formerly codified at this chapter and enacted the current chapter. The former chapter consisted of Code Sections 50-20-1 through 50-20-8, relating to relations with nonprofit contractors, and was based on Ga. L. 1976, p. 1414, §§ 1-7; Ga.
