TITLE 20 Chapter 17 NOTE
EFFECTIVE DATE. --This chapter became effective July 1, 2012.
EDITOR'S NOTES. --Ga. L. 2012, p. 377, § 1/SB 227, provides this chapter becomes effective only upon legislative enactment of this compact into law by no less than ten of the states. As of July 1, 2012, 42 states have enacted this compact into law.
LAW REVIEWS. --For annual survey on administrative law, see 64 Mercer L. Rev. 39 (2012).
