OPINIONS OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL
APPLICATION DATE OF PROVISIONS. --Sentence Reform Act of 1994 became effective January 1, 1995, and the new sentencing provisions created by the Act only apply to offenses committed on or after that date. 1997 Op. Att'y Gen. No. 97-10.
